      • Well I guess with people freely posting other people’s personal details for the world to see… People like . manseh will be able to send money to his family in Africa for the next 2yrs thanks to Suzanne…

    • Hi, this is a public comment and all of those details are now available to the world so please consider removing them and finding out how your client can watch for identity theft

    • Suzanna!!! Delete these details off the internet!!!! This is just a site with an article not an official site you’re going to get your client robbed!!!!

    • Wow. Please , please , never publish personal details online as this can create problems with identity theft where crooks use the details to steal your client’s pension money. You client is eligible . Just go to Centrelink to apply .

    • I don’t believe it is true. Look at the website above. It is not a government website or it would have .gov.au in the web address!!!!!
Someone is filling you with false hope!

    • Hi Manseh, when you get your $750.00 send it to me and I will then forward my $750.00 along with yours to your family in Africa, that way they will receive $1,500 and praise the lord the heavy burden will be lifted. Bless you all.

  5. How do I apply and am I eligible as I don’t have an income e cept for my pension and I am struggling to keep afloat

  6. Can l apply for centrelink if l am a non resident with no PR but currently residing in Australia?

  7. I’m homeless and couch surfing at different places every day or couple of days at the most. Am I able to get the $750.00 2024 payment then I will be able to get stuff for a place to live eg. Saucepans fridge plates stuff like that. So can I get the paymen

    • No, Kenneth you need to get off the couch and get a job. You can get cooking utensils free from St Vinnies.

  8. Hi, Just wondering do I have to apply or do I get it automatically because I’m on Disabilty Support Pension?

  9. I am on the age pension and all costs are making it so hard to survive my only income is my pension I am 72 yes old and can not work due to being my body is bad and I can’t work I don’t think it is very unfair that we get left out of this $750.00

  10. Would love the $750 payment as soon as possible as I’m struggling from fortnight to fortnight this would help me with rent, food, and bills as I’m low income earner on jobseeker payment

  11. What about the poor and tortured veteran military souls that gave so much for this country and its freedom. In other words, the DVA Gold TPI Veteran Card holders. It appears but nothing for them – again. What a fckd (sorry re the language) system…

  12. Adulting is a real struggle, keeping up with all the payments, bills, etc with the rising cost of living is fricking hard going. Having to shop at the local food bank instead of Coles or Woolworths for fresher produce limits us but is a great help in these hard times. The $750 would be extremely helpful to many in financial hardship. Financial counselling is always there too if needed. Don’t be too proud or stubborn to reach out and seek help if your not coping.

  13. I really need this as I’ve been waiting for my Centrelink to be submitted for 3 months now & I have a wee girl. We live of my partners money and even then we’re left with $30 after food, power, water, rent is paid. This $750 would help us out a lot with buying baby girl winter clothes as it is getting much colder, I would also put half away for any bills

  14. I’m a disability support pensioner with multiple severe, complex medical conditions.

I reached the safety net at my pharmacy early April.
Unfortunately, the majority of the prescriptions I need are “doctors scripts” which are not covered & range from $13 to $69 & need to be repeated every few weeks.

I currently have a bill at the pharmacy for over $200 with more scripts required almost every week.

I have osteomyelitis in my skull (the worst place to get it according to an ENT specialist at John Hunter hospital where I was flown to from my smallish regional hospital. Because of the osteomyelitis I am constantly dizzy & fall a lot. A few months ago because of one of the falls I fractured the Lumbar 1 vertebrae which causes considerable constant pain.

I am also type 1 diabetic which requires not just insulin injections but really good food which is also becoming cost prohibitive.

I live alone with my cat for company, I am on a level 4 aged care package & have support workers 2 hours per day Monday to Friday. Apart from those times I rarely see or speak to anyone. I have no family nearby who could help.

To be able to receive the one only $750 payment would help me so much. I could pay the account at the pharmacy, I could get better, more suitable food. This will help to lower the stress levels I am under & could even help me to see a specialist or two who DON’T bulk bill.

This is the story of my life & it seems to be getting harder & harder every day.

Thanks for the opportunity to tell my story.

  15. I am finding it hard to live with a bit of freedom like I was used to. Bills are getting harder to keep up with.

  16. Is this real after $3000 plus in vet bills then puppies, a single mum can only handle so much before she’s homeless, broke and lonely will they actually be helping please 🙏 😢 😔

    • Just bananas. Please be making good choices with your families welfare . If it came to being homeless or vet for cat or dog . I choose to live under a roof . Sorry cat or dog . Cheaper to put the pet down .
A bit like the addict choosing to binge hit the gear instead of paying the rent . Nobody feels sorry for them . Just the same , apply at Cento anyway .

  17. I’m going bankrupt because I just can’t afford the bills. I’m even struggling with paying other bills n food. I think it’s disgusting

  18. I’m on the disability pension I don’t know if you have to apply for it or you don’t I remember last time It just went into my bank account

  19. I am on Centrelink Newstart and am living on the streets due to being homeless .I was living with my brother but due to his mental health .he kicked me out after assaulting me

  20. Life choices . Own a house ? Rent out the rooms. Renting ? Move into a group share house or boarding house .
We can’t all live at Byron on the dole , smoke and grow pot and surf everyday . Gee it’s a hard life .

  21. I became aware of this one time payment today and I have searched high and low on the centrelink app and servicesaustralia website and there ismabsolutey no application to speak of. It seems many people are confused, because, how do you actually apply? If anyone has an answer, I’d be grateful…

    • Well I guess with people freely posting other people’s personal details for the world to see… People like . manseh will be able to send money to his family in Africa for the next 2yrs thanks to Suzanne…

  22. Is this only for Queensland
    People on the pension
I know age disability and carers it
I don’t know why the people on the disability don’t get it because we live in NSW I have a electric bill coming up I need the money for that and I have just moved house I need a cupboard
